// Business coaching & consulting

Business & leadership coaching.

Three ways we can work together, for owners and leaders — the decisions, the people, and the weight of running the thing. Every one of these starts the same way: an honest conversation about what you're navigating.

01 / Rapid clarity

The Three-Hour Session

Three hours, one sittingIn person or onlineOne-off, no commitment

One challenge, one change, or one decision you keep circling back to. Three focused hours to think it through properly, the parts you've said out loud and the parts you haven't, and you leave with a next step.

  • Three hours on the thing that matters
  • A challenge or decision framed clearly
  • Something to actually go and do
02 / Ongoing support

In Your Corner

Fortnightly face to face sessionsThree month blockBusiness hours access in between

For owners and leaders who want someone in their corner properly. Fortnightly sessions to work through what's live, plus access to me in between for the things that can't wait a fortnight.

  • Six fortnightly sessions across three months
  • Texts, calls and voice notes during business hours, within reason
  • Honest accountability, no performance
03 / Bespoke support

Bespoke Coaching & Consulting

Scoped with youProject or transition focusBuilt around your business

Some work doesn't fit a tidy box. A specific project, a transition, a team restructure, a season where you need extra support. This is scoped around what's live in your business, with a clear start, finish, and outcome.

  • A clear scope, timeline and outcome agreed up front
  • Project support that can shift into ongoing coaching
  • Honest input on the real stuff, not a borrowed playbook

A note on between-session support: it's real access, not an inbox that swallows things. Business hours, weekdays, and I'll always come back to you the same day where I can. It's there for the moments that can't wait a fortnight, not a running commentary.

Let's talk if…

  • You're carrying decisions alone and it's getting heavy.
  • You need somewhere you can be completely honest.
  • You want someone who understands business, not just theory.
  • You'd rather be asked a good question than handed a framework.

"Real support isn't someone nodding along. It's someone willing to sit in the hard stuff with you — and then help you do something about it."

— Dominie

// Not a fit if

We're not a fit if…

  • You want someone to nod along and tell you what you want to hear.
  • You're looking for a quick fix without being willing to do the work.
  • You want to be fixed, rather than supported while you grow.
  • You're not ready to be honest about what's really going on.

The right coach is a feeling, not a follower count.

Coaching is a real relationship, and fit matters more than credentials or popularity. The person you work with should be someone you feel safe with, supported by, and able to be completely honest around.

I'm empathetic and non-judgemental, and I'll hold space for you in a raw, truthful way. I'm also not going to sugar-coat what needs saying. I'll walk alongside you, ask the questions no one else is asking, and work with you to grow, stretch, and get real results.

If that sounds like what you need, let's have a conversation. And if I'm not the right person for you, I'll say so. Life's too short to work with the wrong coach.
